ABOUT DAVID TEGENMARK
Over the last 25 years, I’ve worked in Consulting and Tech. I’ve been in the Management Consulting space, worked as a solo consultant, engaged in various business ideas, and supported others doing the same. But for the past 10 years, I’ve been obsessed with one big question: How can I as a B2B expert turn my knowledge into real, lasting income—without selling hours? I felt stuck myself in the role as an \"inexpensive doer\". Such as when i found out on a longer outsourcing process project with a large bank - that my \"collegue\" freelancer consultant charged 200 USD per hour, for the same role, and I was only getting 100 USD. And I noticed other brilliant people stuck in the \"inexpensive doer\" role too. Some underpaid, overworked, and invisible to the clients who actually needed their expertise. So I started testing and building systems—step by step. Ways to get leads, package offers into fixed price deliveries, deliver results, and build trust. I want it to be simple, structured, and scalable. The results so far - for clients - just to illustrate what is possible:* Worked with 100+ clients over the past 10 years.* Helped solo consultants and small business owners generate over $5M in measurable revenue.* Generated over new leads for clients through focused prospecting and positioning.* Sent over automated emails — words of content and copy written (> 3 Harry Potter books).* Helped generate over new customers through targeted systems and campaigns.* Sent over 720 invoices, all fixed-price — proving that selling expertise doesn’t have to mean selling hours.* Sold over $2M in services to solo consultants and small business owners — running a highly profitable solo business through delivery models I’ve tested and refined. But as in all areas of life, it wasn’t always smooth. At one point, my methods got too complex. Too many moving parts. I was trying to build the ultimate solution—while navigating undiagnosed ADD in the background. Eventually, I hit a wall. I almost burned out. That moment forced a reset. I had to simplify everything. I did this by focusing on what I cared about most: Helping solo consultants go from inexpensive doers to desired experts. From managing time to building assets. Because I found out the hard way, it’s not just about tools or tactics. It’s about building a business that serves your life—powered by habits, systems, and clarity. This is the work I keep coming back to: Helping B2B experts unlock the full value of their knowledge, and build something that lasts.
