As Chair of the Albany CEO Peer Group for Vistage Worldwide, I work with CEOs and business owners, guiding them to become stronger leaders and decision makers. The Group is comprised of businesses and non-profit organizations of all sizes, with revenues of more than $3 million dollars. Our role is to serve as a sounding board; listening deeply to each other’s challenges and concerns, questioning for understanding, and guiding members to a non-prescriptive solution that works for them and their organizations. Once we have a plan, we hold the leader(s) accountable to deliver the planned results through a rigorous follow-up and review process. I am continuously looking to connect with CEOs and business owners in the Albany area to select those few qualified leaders to join this invitation only organization.
