ABOUT DAVID KIGHTLEY
David is a Prosci, Agile and Prince certified change and transformation expert with a track record of leading and delivering successful change and programme functions. He has experience leading teams of up to 150 people, working directly with and for executive level stakeholders, and managing portfolios of over £100m. He has an extensive background in both industry and consultancy working across multiple sectors including transport, retail, health, housing, and financial services. David has worked across all aspects of change and specialises in successful large-scale business transformations. He has led organisational transformations, ERP adoptions, restructures, M & As, supply chain transformations, target operating model implementations, and technology enabled change. He is equally adept at building and managing change capability in organisations, having created and managed programme and change functions. He is also experienced in Agile delivery and is a qualified Agile coach. He brings an ability to quickly identify and then help facilitate the people aspects of change that are required to make projects, programmes, and transformations a success. He excels at influencing buy-in of leaders and teams to help achieve this.
