The role reports to the Finance Director and oversees the accounting function while leading finance transformation projects such as overseeing ERP implementation and corporate entity legal & tax restructuring. Led the full-cycle implementation of Sage Intacct ERP, from scoping and vendor selection through to training, process redesign and go-live, transitioning from a legacy in-house cashbook system. Owned the monthly management reporting cycle, including board-level packs and presentations for UK and overseas entities. Produced detailed annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, delivering accurate insights for strategic planning. Developed villa-level P&L reporting, improving commercial decision-making and profitability through collaboration with Revenue, Commercial and Overseas teams. Finance lead on cross-border restructuring, establishing new overseas entities, ensuring tax compliance, designing internal controls, and managing transfer pricing. Manage weekly sales performance reporting, presented at senior leadership meetings. Oversaw all financial data integrations with internally developed booking systems using SQL

I attained all first time passes while working in the Audit & Assurance department.I currently work in the International Development sector as Financial Controller at DAI Europe Ltd in Hertfordshire. Prior to that I have been Financial Controller at a private equity owned business in the Healthcare sector and previous to that I was working in the Oil and Gas Industry, also as an accountant.
