Career Summary: I am an experienced VP corporate development, M&A, and strategy leader specializing in the TMT vertical, with over a decade of industry and financial services experience. In particular, I\'ve worked extensively with enterprise software, SaaS, consumer internet and digital media, technology-enabled services, and other companies in the technology vertical. I have throughout my career built and managed corporate development / M&A / investing functions end-to-end from sourcing to deal execution, negotiation and integration for public, private, and private-equity backed companies. Recent Job Experience: I have extensive experience working with technology companies both as an internal stakeholder and as an outside advisor. I am well-versed in managing transactions of consequences from an in-house, investing, and advisory capacity. At Prodege, I built and managed the entire M&A / strategic partnership process from lead sourcing through post-closing integration. Previously, I worked as a corporate development leader at FluentStream, a UCaaS start-up, where I started and built the corporate development function. Early Job Experience: Before that, I worked within business operations at Drift, an AI chatbot start-up, where I partnered with the executive team to drive strategic, operational and organizational improvements and decision-making. I started my career off as an investor at growth equity firm, Updata Partners, where I drove investments and key growth initiatives for software companies with $5 to $50 million in revenues, and DC Advisory as a technology investment banker at DC Advisory.
