Generating new leads and managing the business pipeline• Building and maintaining quality client relationships on an ongoing basis• Develop and build on existing relationships with Insurance bodies• Attending weekly meetings with Insurers to discuss rate changes, product changes etc.• Focusing on sales and achieving sales targets on an ongoing basis i.e. new sales, upselling to existing customers• Carrying out retention activities• Forecasting, tracking and reporting results on a regular basis • Keeping abreast of current changes in the Insurance industry and with changes in client specific industries• Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile.• Foreseeing clients\' insurance needs on an ongoing basis i.e. policy renewals• Carrying out research and analysis of insurance companies\' policies• Liaising and negotiating with Underwriters on an ongoing basis to find the most suitable insurance for clients at the best price• Advising clients on risk management and risk mitigation techniques• Renewing or amending existing policies• Collecting insurance premiums and processing accounts.
