Within many of the world’s working environments there are preventable health risks if the right advice and equipment is provided. I provide such advice to many of the world’s leading chemicals. Avoiding the dangers of contact and inhalation of hazardous chemicals to ear protection from high noise, as a occupational health hygienist I help to protect the company’s workers as well as the company itself. My key areas of specialism include:> Occupational Health Hygienist: Developing quality control safety systems that comply with ISO17025 standards and reduce the short-term and long-term risk of harm to employees.> Chronic Health Prevention: Educating and training employees around the world to health and safety procedures that prevent long-term health and illness issues.> Health & Safety: Providing a wide range of Occupational/Industrial Hygiene advice/management including on-site Occupational/Industrial Hygiene assessments for Noise, Vibration, Thermal Environment, Chemical Exposures, Respirable/Inhalable Dust.> Hazardous Chemical Protection: Performing health and safety inspections and audits in hazardous working environments including mine settings such as Crushers, Mills, Flotation Plants, Acid Plants, Solvent Extraction Plants, Leach Plants, Oxygen Plants and CIL Plants.> Project Management: Leading major occupational health projects across multiple sites ensuring adherence to standards and objectives are met.
