Senior manager providing technology and product leadership of card present, instore payments and services across the PayPoint Group. Led the technical delivery of PayPoint Counter Cash which launched a free cash withdrawal and balance enquiry service in November 2021. This is a multi-year initiative that enables a PayPoint supplied PIN Pad to behave like an ATM and provide cash withdrawals of any denomination between £0.01 and £50 and on-PIN-Pad-screen and or print, balance enquiries in FCA regulated stores. Launched a PCI PTS 5 semi integrated PIN Pad with accredited integration on an Android tablet based EPOS till into the PayPoint network in January 2021.
