I have the privilege and pleasure to be the first People Data Analyst at Miro partnering with stakeholders across the People team to help them become even more data-driven.Previously, I was part of Dropbox\'s People Analytics team where I primarily partnered with the recruiting team to build dashboards and conduct research to help them understand business outcomes and improve processes and decision-making. Before that, I was part of Dropbox\'s Recruiting Operations and Recruiting teams helping grow Dropbox\'s diverse teams one incredibly talented individual at a time. I joined Dropbox in September of 2013 as the first external hire for the Austin office and had the incredible experience of helping the team grow from 6 people in 1 room to >200 people over 3 floors.I\'m originally from the Dallas area and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with majors in Business Honors, Management, Plan II Honors, and Philosophy. Upon graduation, I was also honored to be named a Plan II Distinguished Graduate.
