I grew up in East Berlin behind the Iron Curtain. Growing up in a divided city made me curious about how life would look like on the other side. Freedom of choice has become a key value I truly care about. I am passionate about international politics and EU affairs, and I love meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. It inspires me. I am a very positively-minded and service-oriented person. What drives me are results. Empowering talents to \"WALK THE TALK\" is what I enjoy most when serving my corporate clients across Europe. I enjoy inspiring people to be authentic and positive when managing change in their respective environments.As a German diplomat in the US and later as a Communications Director for top notch international companies I was able to discover different countries and corporate cultures. My focus has been on international media relations, crisis communication, employee training, corporate branding activities and lately also on ICF-accredited coaching solutions. Working in an international environment energizes me - it helps me to remain open-minded.Today, I am pleased to share my international experience, my knowledge and my stories with my private and public-sector clients as a Communications Trainer/Consultant & Leadership Coach. I am Paris-based and work in English, French & German.
