In my role at IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services organization, I lead several key initiatives with a focus on architecture, security, and compliance:1. Support Agents Assistant App Architect & Developer: I’m the architect and lead of the development team for a mobile solution supporting IBM Hardware support agents in their daily tasks. This cloud-based, AI-driven application optimizes workflows and enhances productivity.2. Security and Compliance Focal: As the security and compliance focal for the whole area, I ensure robust security measures by design and continuous compliance. Beyond the pure application of rules and guidance I lead the development of automations in CICD and Security space to guarantee a proper posture over time and prompt react to any detected deviation.3. AI Platform Dev Lead:My team is building and maintaining a cloud-based AI services platform, where I’m responsible for contributing to architecture in automations and CI/CD. At the same time the Platform itself offers central services for all the other Use Cases running on it: while working on the architectural designing of such features, I\'m also leading their development and continuous deployment.
