I\'m a skilled and experienced Program Manager, Scrum Master certified, with 19 years of experience in the IT field. I have an excellent technical background and a sound business knowledge, a great inclination towards relationships and a strong passion for technology. I also have the honor to be a People Manager since 2016, which puts me in a unique position to understand what it takes to get the best out of people and ensure they feel good about working for IBM.
