I manage and am responsible for the delivery of integration capabilities required by Bupa. I design solutions and take them through governance forums and help PMs in estimating and costing of the projects. I am the custodian of Integration/API policies, rules, standards when extending and changing processes and/or IT deployed within a “business”, thereby ensuring that the big picture perspective is not lost in the implementation of individual projects. I act as a bridge between the business, architecture and development communities across 5 business units and help shape and challenge business requirements through the application of industry best-practice experience.
