As Group Head of Legal Operations, I partner with legal leadership to support strategy execution, drive transformation and improve how legal services are delivered.I’m focused on innovation, delivery and capability — helping embed technology, AI and modern ways of working across legal, and turning experimentation into impact.I lead our Legal Digital Skills Academy, designing and delivering training to build digital, legal tech and AI capability. I also help lead our Legal AI Mission Squad, supporting responsible AI adoption, and head up our Global Legal Operations Network to strengthen collaboration across global teams.My work blends strategy, hands‑on delivery and continuous learning — all aimed at helping legal teams work smarter and move faster.
