Agency Owner Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee and operate a $1.5 -$2 million dollar book of business. • Oversee and manage agency staff.• Run payroll & conduct weekly and monthly performance staff reviews.• Evaluate resumes to identify viable candidates for staffing positions, such as insurance producer, marketing, customer service and customer sales representative roles. • Prescreen viable candidates for career openings. • Set interview appointment. • Delegate study material for the Property & Casualty and Life & Health exam. • Staff onboarding fingerprinted, state registration, and assisting with Dashboard login credentials. • Prepare learning modules for staff through the University of Farmers.• Conduct weekly & monthly meetings to verify the effectiveness of the learning programs.• Fosters opportunities for growth and creation of new business revenue for the company.• Maintains client relationships and ensures that each individual client\'s needs are met.• Creates unique solutions for clients to choose from.• Generates diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals.• Identifies specific needs of clients and provides the best financial solutions to clients.• Enhances the reputation of the agency by undertaking different tasks on behalf of the agency.• Identifies new monetary opportunities for both the clients and the agency.• Keeps up with the latest trends, products and services.• Conducting annual insurance continuing education requirements.
