I am currently working on the Isle of Grain 355 gas tank where I am responsible for working with the senior management team to deliver the contract to the clients satisfaction. My role includes managing health and safety, resources and plant. I also monitor contract programme and costs against the forecast.Previous works include Norwich Crown Point Depot Refurb, North Yorkshire Energy from Waste Plant (EFW) and Cornwall Energy from Waste Plant (EFW), NET Phase 2 were I was responsible for the structures section of the project, which included rail bridges including a 1100t bridge slide and 650t bridge carry into position. I worked with the management team to ensure works were carried out safely, to contract programme and within cost. I monitored and reported on Labour and plant resources. I liaised which the client and other external bodies during the frequent visits which such a high profile contract attracts.
