I solve complex problems with creative solutions.My main responsibilities involve: • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements • Documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications • Manage overall client satisfaction and client relationship • Provide best practice functional and technical expertise • Assisting and mentoring build consultants with system configuration • Implementing complex configurations • Writing SQL queries, views, triggers and stored procedures • Creation of bespoke forms within the system • Writing reports using Crystal Reports • Preparing and updating project plans • Managing project budgets • Responsible for the full lifecycle of a project: Project kick-off meetings Scoping sessions Complex system configuration (including data migration) Integration of systems System presentations (Both internal and client) End-user training Assisting and carrying out UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Performing system go-live and project closure • Internal \"Champion\" of CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) within business
