A little about myself I started my career has a chef and had a huge passion for using Welsh local and regional produce before it became fashionable. My wife and I set up from scratch a contract catering company that becomes the largest catering group in Wales.Our passion for working and showcasing suppliers and producers shone through our work.The company becomes the most respected catering company in wales creating hundreds of jobs whilst procuring the very best Welsh produce.we successfully sold the company and now work offering businesses. Advice in the many sectors in wales helping young entrepreneurs to take their ideas forward and support and encourage.Also working with charities to give back to the many communities that need help.I work with entrepreneurs and inspire them to believe in their ideas.
