I am currently responsible for leading and directing a global HR team to help support and maintain our business in its market leading position. With over 2300 employees in 23 countries, my main responsibilities can be summarised as follows-• To define and implement, through all HR functions of the global SMT Solutions Segment, strategic human resources plans that will further develop and sustain the organisation’s competitive market position and that take advantage of diverse talents and cultures. • To participate, as a Strategic HR Partner with the Segment’s Core Team, in the development of the organisation’s business plans and programmes – particularly from the perspective of the impact on people/ Talent.
