I am a Partner at Forbes Solicitors with over 20 years’ of experience dealing with civil disputes in the construction and sports sectors. I defend private and public bodies in complex and high value personal injury claims and inquests, and also advise NGB’s, Sports Authorities, and private and public listed companies in media, communications and reputation management matters, such as defamation, MPI, breach of confidence, and competition law. I am a regular events speaker, have authored and co-authored hundreds of articles for publications such as the Insurance Post and The Times, and have appeared as a guest analyst on radio.
