I loved working with all these guys- Joe Howard – Programming Team Lead“Dave is a reliable programmer who does everything with a smile. He is dependable, if you really need something done, call Dave! His work is quality, and he has already taken initiative to spearhead us into the future by jumping into SIMPL#.”- Josh Starkey – Programming and Engineering Supervisor“Dave is the picture perfect programmer. He is just amazing when it comes to programming but his attitude and patience are really what set him apart. The PM\'s, techs, DE\'s and customers all absolutely love working with him and for good reason. He works hard to hit his due dates and he does so while providing excellent quality in his work. He takes the time to test everything up front and shows that he respects other people\'s time. He goes above and beyond to bail us out of tough situations and does so with a smile on his face. I really can\'t say enough positive things about Dave. We could all learn a lot from him. Keep up the good work!”- Mike Congdon – Programming Supervisor“My only beef with Dave is that he occasionally gets stuck on projects that are undeserving of his abilities. His quality and throughput are very good. He can task shift rapidly and is great about communicating issues and learning new things. I\'d like to see some more advanced topic development in the next year (more Simpl+, some Simpl#).”- Josh Rush – Field Operations Manager (My role from 2012 – 2015 was Regional Field Manager)“Overall Dave really improved this year as a manager and leader. In the past I felt as if Dave wasn\'t eager to deal with difficult decisions and confrontation, but this year he really worked to find his own answers and constantly volunteered to face things head on. You wont find a nicer guy and I felt that some took advantage of that from time to time, but this year I am not sure Dave let anyone get away with it. He represented the management team well and always had his own skin in the game. I really liked his effort in driving his team and support the Field Ops group over all. There were too many occasions to count this year when I raised the help flag to all managers and Dave was the first one to respond. I can\'t express how much I appreciate that effort and leadership. One concern in the past was his ability to lead challenging employees and Dave has a few on his staff now that will carry into the first part of 2015. I am eager to see how he manages them.
