Reviews and approves content, methods, and materials for Instructional Design staff. Develops methods for evaluations of program effectiveness through level 1 survey\'s. Coaches and mentors instructional design staff on efficient instructional design processes and quality. Conducts needs assessments, administers plans, procedures, and program management to meet instructional design needs and goals. Recommends changes to operational policies and procedures that affect immediate functions of the instructional design team. Conducts reporting on level 1 evaluations to determine business impact of training/development interventions needed. Supports Instructional design team development through reskilling and upskilling, participates in the monthly community of practice sessions.
