I am a Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, registered with both the GPhC and IPS. I have experience in multiple pharmacy sectors including Homecare, Community, Hospital and Industry. I currently specialise in supporting the delivery of complex clinical care for chronic conditions including rare diseases and cancer services to help ensure every patient makes the most of their medicine and treatment.
