Manage end-to-end engagements with Ciena’s distribution partners• Challenge partners to provide new supply chain models and value-added services • Identify and on-board new suppliers into programs programs• Arrow execution escalation prime for products flowing through Arrow FFS• Escalation prime for all Passive business flowing through Arrow POS• Annual budget management and monthly reconciliation review• Negotiate and execute required addendums, statements of work and additional inventory buffer strategies, inventory liabilities• Conduct weekly team meetings with both partners to review status on all issues/initiatives
