I manage the planning side of the Bus Speed and Reliability program at TransLink, including the recently adopted Bus Priority Vision, developing a strategy for implementation together with our local government partners, and data collection and analysis. An evolving variety of tools are used for bus priority in Metro Vancouver, and details can be found in the BSR report below. My team is also involved in monitoring and data collection, developing related policy guidelines, and the local government funding program.

Resourceful urban planning and transportation professional and leader with strong interdisciplinary background, including economics and all aspects of transportation policy. I am passionate about public transit and and urban design, and knowledgeable in the operations, delivery/implementation, and policy implications of all transportation modes. I have experience in Transit Oriented Development and active transportation planning, and am skilled in hiring, leading, and mentoring staff.I also have experience working with divergent partners to develop shared visions, collaborating with and directing technical staff on operational analysis, researching and developing policy, and presenting to other professionals and the public.
