My practical experience was on the job.When working for Airtech I gained experience in working alongside management which developed communication skills.When working with Mears communications with management is daily and advising persons on health and safety matters is my key goal to prevent harm to all affected by works.At Mears I achieved so much. I have a first aid at work certificate, Advanced scaffold inspection certificate, achieved the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate in Health and Safety with distinction.I have completed my Level 5 NVQ in Occupational Health and Safety.I have now gained Graduate membership to IOSH.I have now been with United Living for 6 months in the refurb division and it is encouraging being with a positive business.UL have given me the opportunity to facilitate temporary works procedures and represent them on the national temporary works forum.
