ABOUT MARK STANCLIFFE

Currently business lead for the migration to Workday HCM. I have managed and developed rapidly evolving systems within the business for the last 20 years. Within this time, the company has grown from £180M/2.3K employees to over £1Bn turnover business with over 16k employees.I have managed new business site mobilisations, liaising with directors, clients and IT contractors to deliver robust interfaces, configuring and documenting detailed operational and commercial workflows whilst training administration and operational staff on its usage (including in house developed & outsourced desktop and mobile software). I have excellent communication & organisational skills and an aptitude to multitask. Documenting and reporting on operational improvements and MI with stakeholders whilst managing these relationships within both operational and head office departmental functions. I have a very strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the work I deliver and pride myself on producing robust tangible business solutions. I have commercial experience of running internal software development projects and an excellent understanding of agile software development process and genuine passion for it. I have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a natural inquisitiveness and ability to ask the right questions, and gather users requirements delivering through to completion.I undertake workshops, requirements planning sessions and working groups.Working on the end-to-end design of projects, technical and operational deliverables.Business requirements definition, business operational design (high and detailed level) and project change impact assessments.
