During the 25+ years that I’ve been practicing personal injury law, I’ve handled more than 2,500 cases from pre-trial proceedings and discovery through settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial. Cases include: a multimillion-dollar verdict for a quadriplegic injured in a phantom vehicle rollover crash; a multimillion-dollar settlement for a motorcycle crash victim resulting in permanent brain damage; a confidential settlement against a worldwide corporate defendant for a slip-and-fall incident resulting in severe spinal injuries; a permanently injured employee awarded lifelong compensation and medical benefits, and a million-dollar confidential third party settlement against a major construction company.I am AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the highest rating available). I’m also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which only includes trial lawyers who have won million and multimillion dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements, and a member of the Florida Justice Association (formerly known as Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers).
