Supporting over 35 customer environments to ensure AV protection, Data Protection, Device Control and Encryption is running correctly and effectively- Build, manage and maintain Public Key Infrastructure, providing public key encryption and digital certificate services to establish a more trustworthy networking environment- 3rd line support engineer providing assistance to the 24/7 shift team and implementing deployments with input into multiple projects- Monitor multiple mailboxes and phone lines to answer queries, chases and alerts- Incident management on multiple tool sets ensuring incidents are assigned out to all areas of the Security Operations Center and resolved within contracted SLAs - Raising, managing, progressing and presenting changes at CAB for upgrades to customer environments to protect against vulnerabilites - Attend training on latest security products from Avecto, Sophos, Symantec, McAfee etc.
