A passionate, strategic, collaborative physician executive with over a decade’s experience driving value-based healthcare design, implementation, and delivery now with the great honor of serving as the CMO for UpStream • Previously served as Chief Clinical Officer for Triad HealthCare Network (“THN”) which has approximately 1,200 providers caring for covered lives in a combination of either full-risk Medicare Advantage contracts or the CMS Direct Contracting model. THN was consistently one of the highest performing ACOs in the retired NextGen Model in both financial performance and quality excellence. • Previously served as the founding CMO for HealthTeam Advantage (“HTA”), a provider owned Medicare Advantage plan serving approximately beneficiaries in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina. • Was part of the leadership team that delivered HTA’s 5-star performance for 2022. • Developed a Chronic Condition Special Needs (“C-SNP”) Medicare Advantage plan (HTA HMO) for beneficiaries with heart failure and/ or diabetes (The regions first C-SNP)
