Developing purpose driven leaders to build cohesive and compassionate teams.Winner of the 2017 Prism Award from International Coach Federation, Toronto Chapter Leadership Coaching:• As your leadership coach, I create a safe space – free of judgment – for you to explore your actions, intentions, and impact. • My goal is to you keep you focused on alignment between your intentions and how you are perceived by those around you. • I help you stay focused on your leadership presence, what is important to you, how your actions impact the team and I support you with your ongoing development to be more effective every day.Team Development:• I work with leaders to build cohesive teams. When a team has absolute clarity of values and best practices, it creates an environment of shared understanding, and mutual respect.• We then work to build trust, commitment, and accountability through open dialogue, which in turn drives results. • There are no trust falls here, but rather a facilitated conversation to deepen connections, allowing the team to share thoughts, opinions, and ideas with one another.Retreats:• I take teams “Out of the Boardroom and into Nature”• We begin by finding an inspiring and relevant location that will support the delivery of the materials. It is different for every team, from a private island in Muskoka to a micro-brewery in Toronto, we meticulously plan the agenda for our time together. • Each and every program is custom designed and developed with your team’s needs and objectives at the centre.
