I bring over 15 years of experience in all aspects of marketing, communication and customer service - all with the goal to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse teams and leading projects that have made a significant impact. Before joining Burlington Hydro I worked for over 16 years at the City of Mississauga where I spearheaded the development and launch of the City\'s New Brand in 2014 and the City\'s first Customer Service Strategy - Putting Customers First in 2017. I have an MBA from Wilfred Laurier University and an Hon. BA in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
