Supervise all overnight operations and performance management, including a team of 240 associates and 18 managers/assistants • Responsible for all site level finance/procurement, including purchasing of safety supplies, creating engagement budget, warehouse and office supplies, tracking, receiving, and PO creations of all orders placed, and travel/expenditure cost of supporting regional sites • Head POC for regional level employee engagement, boosting employee morale through multiple engagement activities leading to 5-10% increased productivity and lowing employee attrition • Own/Lead weekly all manager meetings to discuss the overview of site level metrics, goals, and upcoming changes to the business, policies, or standard work • Lead cross-functional teams, which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and deliver appropriate solutions • Train managers on all standard work items to facilitate cross-training and ensure no gaps in knowledge and personnel were present
