In my role as the Head of Valuation and Asset Management at Medway Council, I lead a team of chartered surveyors in managing a diverse portfolio of properties. My responsibilities included overseeing leasing, sale, and development projects, with a focus on repositioning and repurposing properties to drive value for the council and the community including the repositioning of the first floor of the Pentagon Centre into a sq. ft. NHS health centre and sq. ft. serviced office proposition.Collaborated with Medway Development Company on projects including the residential conversion of Mountbatten House which will complete the exciting regeneration of the town centre adjacent to the waterfront and the former Debenhams to drive change to the opposite end of the high street.
