Acting as the Technical Account Manager for IBM UKs largest client (situated in the Financial Services industry), with the responsibility of being the primary Point of Contact for the clients Product Managers owning IBM deployed Software, across the whole of IBMs Data & AI portfolio. Was given the opportunity to deliver this role alongside an existing Delivery Project Management role following success in developing successful long-term relationships with key Enterprise Clients. Key duties of role include- Ensure client gets maximum value out of deployed IBM software, working with client teams to advise of best practice, develop future-looking use cases, and assistance with ad-hoc queries - Work with client to develop and implement long-term strategic deployment plans, ensuring an effective Evergreening and Modernisation initiative is delivered - Assist with the resolution of Critical & High Priority support cases / product issues, working with IBM Product Management, Development and Support teams where required
