The Integration Manager serves as a strategic and technical bridge between lenders, automotive clients and Codeweaver\'s suite of vehicle finance APIs. I work closely with stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations into custom e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS), enabling lenders & retailers to provide real-time, compliant finance options to consumers across both online & in-dealership environments. My responsibilities include client enablement, deep technical problem-solving, automation, & data handling. API Integration & Data Orchestration:Led client integrations with our RESTful APIs, supporting both real-time data retrieval and asynchronous data delivery via webhooks. Ensured secure access to sensitive endpoints using basic authentication, & supported data interoperability between our systems & client-side CRMs, DMS platforms, & retail websites.Automation & Process Optimisation:Designed & implemented automation flows using webhooks & data triggers, improving the speed & efficiency of financial application processing & decision-making across customer journeys.Root Cause Analysis & Support Diagnostics:Investigated API issues by securely accessing C# source code & relational databases (SQL) through VPN, enabling fast resolution of errors and anomalies. Provided technical support and data-backed insights to both internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.Advanced Data Reporting:Created bespoke reports by querying internal databases to fulfil complex client requests—particularly where existing reporting tools or dashboards did not provide the necessary granularity. These insights directly supported high-value financial decision-making.Technical Documentation & Collaboration:Contributed to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our public-facing API documentation using GitHub. Submitted pull requests & authored updates in HTML and Markdown, ensuring clarity & accuracy for developer users.
