Since joining Capgemini eight years ago, I have worked on four back-to-back projects within the public sector. I started as a Senior Business Analyst, determining client requirements, but over time I have taken on more leadership responsibilities. I am now both an Engagement Manager and Delivery Manager, and occasional Business Analyst. My technical background helps me work effectively with my developers, while my consultancy experience helps me engage with business stakeholders. Recently, the project work I have been managing involves building data pipelines and visualising data via Power BI.
