The Transformation Leaders Hub (#TLH) is true peer to peer network for change and transformation professionals globally.My role is to help others to succeed and build a successful career in change and transformation.The whole premise of #TLH is to create an environment where peers can meet, where new relationships are formed and where opportunities for career advancement (perm/contract/interim) are created.We achieve this by proactively connecting people, by facilitating events (virtual/ face to face), by sharing new materials that we and other members feel would be useful and by inviting recruiting organisations into the community to make direct contact with the members.The vision is to create the #1 global community for change and transformation professionals and to ensure that #TLH has created opportunities to the value of at least £100m (fees/ salaries) to our members within the next 3 years.The strength of the network is the strength of the network, in so much that the more people we have involved, the more opportunities will be created.
