As Chief of Staff at Opportunity International, I played a critical role as a trusted advisor, where my strategic alignment initiatives were instrumental in shaping the FY23-FY25 strategic plan. I have successfully managed high-stake negotiations and sales coordination, such as leading the sale of nine banks across Africa, Colombia, and Eastern Europe, removing $30 million in debt from balance sheets.
