Working with Glass Systems, Glass Systems Direct, Climate and Vizor to expand the trading area and customer portfolio for the group, utilising my experience and professional skills to build further and reinforce our position of market leaders in the UK.An ideal role for me given my career history and particular interest in the Conservatory roof market I am looking forward to my new role.National Sales Manager in April 2015 tasked with building a coherent sales team and increasing market share for the two glass business\'​ DB Glass covering the South West and South coast and CET Glass covering the M25, the East, Midlands and North West, building a nation sales team by working with Epwin group business\' to provide a single supplier option to our customer base by providing training and technical support when required, an important part of this role is to support the building of a TEAM mentality across our internal sales teams.Joined the Epwin group in April 2013 with resposibility to sell glass products in the South West for DB Glass in Newton Abbott and CET Glass processing in Northampton.A driven individual with vast experience in the commercial aspects of the Window, Conservatory and Glass and Glazing Industry, encompassing Sales Management, Training and Development Programs, Customer Service Improvement, Business Integration, New Product Launch, Project Management and Coaching.Working with Pilkington Glass in the UK I progressed from Sales Representative to Regional Sales and Marketing Director, my other roles have included; Sales Manager & Director PSU, General Manager Plymouth, Business Development Manager UK ( responsible for Standards for Excellence program), New Business Team Manager and Conservatory Sector Manager UK.
