My three groups are comprised of ten members in non-competing sectors who have changed lives through their work, both in their business and their lives. Together, we\'ve built lifelong leadership excellence. As Chair, I look to unlock the potential of each of my members, creating a confidential environment where they share insights and challenges, push boundaries, and arrive at better decisions. I, like my members, enjoy the journey of growth and the challenge the groups lay down for me to raise the excellence bar in leadership and coaching. Vistage has been connecting the most successful CEOs, MDs, and business owners for 60 years. With members in 25 countries, Vistage is the world\'s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organisation. Its successful platform incorporates three key elements: monthly group meetings, one-to-one coaching sessions, and world-class speaker events from thought leaders. These elements enable members to become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve better results. In 2020, member companies grew revenue at 4.6%, whereas non-members saw a 4.7% decrease.
