A senior Leader, mentor and operational strategist with a track record of building teams, growth and value. A member of the senior leadership team, during my tenure have delivered share value growth, up to successful sale of Eckoh in 2025. An experienced leader with wide reaching responsibilities including for the Security and Availability of Global voice and secure payment platforms. Key responsibilities include; managing UK and US teams covering Infrastructure, Telephony, Ops, SOC and NOC departments, defining and delivering group governance programs covering PCIDSS (15 consecutive years), ISO, Cyber Essentials etc, a founding and continued member of the Security Governance team, and lead on the cloud cost governance board. Responsible for technical Capex/Opex budgeting across the group of companies in UK and US and delivered cost management efficiencies YoY. Responsible for the technical M&A due diligence across multiple acquisitions into the group (PSSHelp, K2C, Veritape, and Syntec) and successfully integrated technology platforms and teams post-acquisition each time. Most recent successes: delivered cloud transformation programs migrating Platforms and Products to AWS cloud, supporting the business strategy of extending its leading cloud based solutions, and key lead the technical DD for Eckohs take private deal in 2025, which resulted in successful transaction and the delisting of Eckoh from the AIM market to PE investors, Bridgepoint.
