ABOUT DAVE GRECO
Dave Greco joined Wayne State University as the Director of State Relations in July 2022. Mr. Greco is a licensed Michigan attorney with more than 10 years of experience in state government affairs in Michigan.Prior to joining Wayne State, Mr. Greco served more than 6 years in the Michigan Legislature, most recently as the Senior Budget Advisor for the House of Representatives Appropriations Chairperson. Prior roles in the Legislature include serving as Associate Legal Counsel and Deputy Policy Director in the Michigan House of Representatives. In addition to his work in the Michigan Legislature, Mr. Greco has also worked under both the Whitmer and Snyder administrations as Corporate Counsel and Director of External Affairs for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. His private sector experience includes serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Environmental Policy at the Michigan Manufacturers Association. Mr. Greco received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
