The TM Group specializes in Microsoft Dynamics applications for ERP & CRM. I find It’s acceptance is greatly due to 4 primary reasons (1) it having the familiar interface as Outlook & Office (2) it also works similar to them lessoning the learning curve and (3) it interfaces so well with the other processes and technologies that the companies already use as well as other MS apps, that everyone just loves how much easier their job becomes and (4) cost is incredibly low. Microsoft Dynamics brings people, processes, and technologies together.
