For almost a decade I served as Team Principal and Founder of KartForce and Team BRIT, where I led the team from inception in 2015 through nearly ten years of competitive success, operational growth and development of drivers, commercial partnerships and organisational culture. During my time with Team BRIT, I learned what it takes to build a resilient, motivated and high-morale team capable of achieving exceptional results, both on and off the track.I’m now stepping into an exciting new chapter as Business Development Manager for Team Cal38, working alongside rising racing talent Caleb McDuff. My role is focused on supporting Caleb’s career progression, developing structured growth strategies and securing the partnerships and opportunities that will help propel his motorsport journey.I first met Caleb when he was just 15 and persuaded him to join Team BRIT and he did not disappoint. Competing at just 16 against experienced adult racers, Caleb quickly progressed from a BMW 1 Series to a 450bhp BMW M240i, and then on to a McLaren 570S GT4, consistently proving himself as a reliable, competitive and hugely talented driver.When I was approached about joining Team Cal38 and saw the thoughtful plan for Caleb’s development, I couldn’t resist the opportunity. I’m passionate about the path ahead and deeply proud to be part of this next chapter in Caleb’s career.
