I am responsible for the design and implementation of the leadership development strategy for colleagues, in the £360m DAC Beachcroft businesses. My main focus is the +600 leaders and managers within the business, but we believe great leadership starts with yourself so the programmes I develop and support are applicable and used firm-wide. Our approach to great DACB business leadership is focused on colleagues, clients and financial sustainability and developing a personalised approach to skills, experience and knowledge acquisition to meet the demands of a high performance culture and the expectations of the SRA, the industry regulator. I am lead on Colleague Engagement, developing the multi-layered colleague experience strategy in support of the overarching aims of the DACB People Strategy to be the place where talented people want to work, where high engagement, low attrition contribute to high performance.I am responsible for the coaching and mentoring strategic approach within the business, ensuring that coaching or mentoring support is available at scale across the business from C-Suite down.
