Responsible for developing relationships with Independent Hog Suppliers in that region, negotiating long-term and short-term supply agreements. Hiring the procurement and livestock staff for the new plant. Implementing processes to manage scheduling receiving and housing the hogs prior to harvest. Post start up primary focus will be on managing those processes as well as the culture and the relationships with all of our Suppliers.
