My role ensures that my team is enabled to analyse deals to find efficiencies, lower costs, maximum profitability and ensure that this is articulated clearly in client submissions. I am ultimately also responsible for developing pricing and bid strategies and programmes that will increase sales of NTT UK & I Ltd services. I manage a team who participate in pre-sales engagements. I oversee and support the qualification of deals with a particular focus on the pricing and margin aspects of the pursuit as well as managing the capacity and output of the bid managers. I provide guidance to the team and provide direct input on any complex deal review processes.
