My experience and career has allowed me to develop many great relationships. Project management is very often a proving ground. Are you able to sort out the problems and goals in each project, so that the budget and the time is honored? My father in-law, who served in WW II, and said \" you never really know how a person is going to react, until you are in a foxhole together with live fire\". All parties in a project are passionate in some way or another. The project manager is the conductor, who if is skilled, can make the project sing. I found the same in governing. As Mayor, I believe my success was greatest when the council and staff delivered a product to the community that everyone acknowledged as valuable. That is team work!
