The AlphaSights Procurement team oversees all direct and indirect categories of spend across 9 global offices. We view Procurement not as a central policing function, rather as a driver of value optimisation, process improvements and financial targets.\\\\nThe role includes:\\\\n- Leading the global Procurement team in implementing efficient supplier processes that deliver service excellence for internal clients.\\\\n- Being the ultimate owner of Procurement\'s relationships between the Client-Services, Finance, Legal and Operations functions (including Marketing, HR, TechOps and Strategy teams).\\\\n- Understanding the needs of the business, translating these into deliverables and executing cross-functional projects\\\\n- Identifying opportunities for new systems and leading the end-to-end implementation processes, followed by ongoing supplier relationship management of key partners.\\\\n- Balancing the operational requirements of the business with cost, quality and risk controls\\\\n- Restructuring the team into category management, driving ownership and accountability\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
